The Teen/Adult Program are on Monday through Thursday nights at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 10am.

All our Jiu Jitsu classes begin with a team warm-up to improve mobility and prep the body for the technique of the day.  Then we'll run through targeted techniques to learn/enhance fundamental positions, transitions, escapes, and submissions.  Finally, we end the night with technical drills and rolls (sparring for BJJ) to apply what you've learned against varying degrees of resistance and focus.
Each month will have a specific focus on a certain position or technique; which allows us to build and create paths (common sequences of moves) to provide students with an end goal and the ability to understand how these techniques function in various situations.
